The electrical control system of the plant can control two independent set of mixers, cement weigher, water weigher, liquid additive weigher and aggregate batching system. The aggregate batching system can finish the batching task automatically. There is a highly reliable PLC and industry computer to control the concrete mixing plant. The component of electrical control system adopts imported parts from Japan OMRON Company and French Schneider.
To make it easy and convenient to control the concrete batching plant, we usually equip full automatic control system for our foreign customers. Full automatic control system adopts PC+PLC control, high reliability. It is operated based on windows system, vividly display the production process on the screen, so that the operator can monitor in real time; save the data of production perimeters in the computer, print daily, monthly or yearly statistic reports of production.
