1. MOISTURE MEASURING SYSTEM

The amount of water that will be given into the mixer can be automatically adjusted by Moisture Measuring System which includes optional “Microwave Type Moisture Measuring Probe” placed in the sand compartment of the aggregate storage silo. Microwave Type Moisture Measuring System provides the most precise results with the most accurate moisture measurements.

2. COVERING OF MOBILE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT

It is possible to protect DASWELL mobile concrete batching pants from external effects (rain, dust, etc.) with optional trapeze sheet covering (with the metal construction on which the sheets will be put). According to customer request, it is also possible to cover aggregate storage silo, mixer block, transfer conveyor and aggregate prefeeding system (if any) separately.

3. AUTOMATIC AGGREGATE PREFEEDING SYSTEM

Aggregates can be fed into aggregate storage silo more effectively by an optional “Automatic Aggregate Prefeeding System”. Thus there is no need to build both side concrete ramp.

4. MODULAR TYPE METAL RAMP FOR AGGREGATE LOADING

For DASWELLMobile Type Concrete Batching Plants, “Modular Type Metal Ramp for Aggregate Loading” can also be added as optionally to the system instead of concrete ramp. If the Mobile Type Concrete Batching Plant is needed to be moved, the Modular Type Metal Ramp for Aggregate Loading can be moved as well. Modular Type Metal Ramp for Aggregate Loading can be easily disassembled and carried. Therefore, there will be no need to build concrete ramp in each job site.

5. AUTOMATIC WASHING SYSTEM FOR MIXER

Thanks to the optional “Automatic Washing System for Mixer”, the mixer of the concrete batching plant can be easily and quickly washed and cleaned during the breaks of concrete production and after the concrete production finishes at the end of the day. With “Automatic Washing System for Mixer”, the mixer life will be extended and there will be serious saving in maintenance cost.

6. AGGREGATE STORAGE SILO LEVEL MONITORING SYSTEM

In DASWELLMobile Type Concrete Batching Plants, the aggregate level in aggregate storage silo can be monitored by optional “Aggregate Storage Silo Level Monitoring System” easily and continuously. By means of the mounted camera on aggregate storage silo and the monitor in the control cabinet, the concrete batching plant operator can observe the aggregate level continuously and inform the loader operator about which material type should be loaded into which aggregate storage silo compartment by means of radiotelephone.
